Our Acquisition Criteria

While we are open to discussing any opportunities our areas of expertise align best with the businesses that meet the following criteria:

- Have a well defined value proposition that services a specific set of business processes or pain points for a specific industry or company type.
- Exceed $1.5-million in ARR.
- Profitable or have a well defined path to profitability.
- An offering price that has been determined by.

We prefer full management buyouts and leverage incentive alignment programs including profit and revenue shares and equity bonuses, and additional cash & stock based compensations packages. We are open to having managers participate in the success of their business if the business is exceptional.

For all businesses that meet the following criteria VVV promises to respond to all enquiries within a day and determine swiftly if the business is good fit for us.

Once we agree on terms, our goal is to close within 30–45 days — quickly, transparently, and with minimal disruption to your team. 

Our diligence process is focused and respectful, covering five key areas: financials, legal & tax, technical infrastructure, team structure, and market opportunity. 

We verify the fundamentals, assess your product and growth potential, and ensure your team and customers are set up for long-term success.
