Our Acquisition Criteria

While we are open to discussing any opportunities our areas of expertise align best with the businesses that meet the following criteria:

- Have a well defined value proposition that services a specific set of business processes or pain points for a specific industry or company type.
- Exceed $1-million in ARR.
- Profitable or have a well defined path to profitability.
- An offering price that has been determined by.

We prefer full management buyouts and leverage incentive alignment programs including profit and revenue shares, equity bonuses, and additional cash & stock based compensations packages. We are open to having managers participate in the success of their business if the business is exceptional.
